Plastic fabrication entails the processes of designing, fabricating, and assembling of plastic components and products via a variety of methods. Plastic welding which is akin to metal welding uses several thermionic processes like gas emissions, aggressive vibration, contact welding and spinning for fusing two (and often many more) parts so that they can work together. Lamination

Laminating a plastic leads to the creation a film or barrier along the substrate of a different material that results in increased durability and also adds to the aesthetic appeal of a product. Lamination also helps in reducing expenses on maintenance as it provides a protective sheath to materials that are susceptible to abrasion and deterioration. Resin and film lamination are two basic processes that are used for laminating paper, metal sheets, foams, and fabrics.

Blending

Blending is a plastic fabrication procedure where two distinct forms of plastics are amalgamated or combined prior to modifying these into a whole single part. Molten plastics are blended according to specifications and then given a concrete shape with the help of a moulding or dyeing machine. Flame retardants, base resins, blowing agents and purge compounds are some popular kinds of plastic compounds.
